Circle of Life Women's Center

The Circle of Life is amazing! The wait times are very minimal with an appointment. I usually don’t even wait five minutes until I get called back from the time I checked in. The on call nurses are super helpful and nice and so is their billing department. I went to Brett Larson for my entire pregnancy and delivery and plan to use him again for future pregnancies! He was always super nice and gave me plenty of ultrasound pictures which I loved. One thing that I love about this place is that the doctors always deliver their patients babies unless they have an emergency or something that had been planned previously and can’t be rescheduled. That is suuuper rare these days! The only thing I don’t like is that their wait times over the phone are quite long whether you are calling to schedule an appointment, ask a billing question, or ask a medical question it all takes a while because of the wait time! With that being said, they are super helpful and quick when it is your turn but if you need things done or questions answered I recommend doing that in person if possible!

I have been going to Circle of Life Women's Center for 8 years now and have nothing but great experiences there. Shannon Brennan is the provider I request every time because she is patient, kind, listens to my concerns and gives me the time I need to address whatever concerns I may have. I tend to like to take the natural approach in my healing and she is always willing to suggest ideas in this area but also will suggest a medicinal approach if necessary. I have tried a couple other doctors at this facility, and they were good, however Shannon Brennan is by far the best I have. I recommend this facility for any who may need any of the services they provide. You will get "Top Notch" care!

I can’t say enough good things about Circle of Life. I moved in the middle of my pregnancy and was apprehensive about switching doctors, but ended up wishing I had Jeff Brown and his nurse from the beginning. We were always treated so warmly at our appointments and Dr. Brown always took the time to answer my questions. After our baby was born I could not stop talking about how encouraging and positive Dr. Brown was throughout the delivery process—he is seriously a gem.

Had multiple billing issues even after asking both the billing department and insurance before the procedures. I was charged way more than I expected and researched with my insurance. Ended up paying for the anesthesia when I specifically said they needed to be in-network. Also, was billed for a couple of in- office things (blood work and biopsy) when I thought it was part of my copay. No issues with staff or with the doctors, just be cautious on the billing.

Dr Brett Larson is great! Very personable and knowledgeable. I have seen him routinely for a bit over a year. He also did an ablation. I recovered well. He is always very thorough and willing to answer any questions I have. For the ablation he ensured I knew what the process was like as well as what to expect post-op. Would recommend to anyone looking for a ob/gym.
